Mr. Tony L. Boyd is a distinguished information technology executive with over 25 years of experience in enterprise systems, digital transformation, and SAP implementation across corporate and government sectors. He currently serves as the IT Director for PVMA Solutions, contributing strategic leadership to both domestic and international operations through PVMA Global. In his current role, Mr. Boyd oversees IT strategy, cybersecurity, enterprise systems architecture, and digital modernization. He is instrumental in aligning technology platforms with organizational priorities, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and impact in both U.S.-based and international programs. Mr. Boyd attended the University of Oklahoma, where he earned his degree while lettering in football. He was a member of the University’s 1985 National Championship Football Team, an experience that shaped his enduring commitment to leadership, discipline, and excellence.

Our team members developed the first disaster recovery program in U.S. history to that relocated over 250,000 disaster evacuees from one city to 41 other U.S. states following Hurricane Katrina in 2005. We then developed an innovative and robust housing and case management program to help evacuees back to pre-disaster self-sufficiency. Since then, our team managed over $4.5 billion in government grants and contracts to help communities and managed over 51 disaster recovery and humanitarian care programs.
